DAY 2 -  NAPLES / SORRENTO

 

Upon arrival at the Naples airport, you will be met by a driver and transferred to the seaside town of Sorrento. Check into your hotel and the remainder of the evening is at your leisure to explore on your own. Overnight in Sorrento.

 

DAY 3 - SORRENTO / ISLAND OF CAPRI

 

Breakfast at the hotel is followed by a full day excursion to the island of Capri. You will travel by jetfoil and enjoy a guided visit of Capri and the town of Anacapri, perched high on the mountain. This afternoon (weather permitting), you may select an optional tour of the Blue Grotto or spend free time browsing the boutiques. Return to Sorrento by jetfoil in the late afternoon. Evening is at your leisure in Sorrento. Overnight in Sorrento.

 

DAY 4 - SORRENTO

 

Breakfast will be served at your hotel. This entire day is yours at leisure to shop, relax at the beach or explore on your own.

 

DAY 5 - SORRENTO/POMPEII 

 

Breakfast will be served at your hotel. Depart in the morning by private car to Pompeii. This Roman City, buried in 79AD by the eruption of Mt. Vesuvius, has since been excavated to provide detailed insight into the life of a city at the height of the Roman Empire. We suggest wearing comfortable walking shoes as this tour takes place entirely on foot. Return to Sorrento in the afternoon and the remainder of your day and evening are at leisure. 

 

DAY 6 - SORRENTO/POSITANO/AMALFI COAST 

 

Breakfast will be served at your hotel prior to check out. This morning, you will be transferred by private car along the scenic Amalfi coast to Positano, perhaps the most famous town on this coast. The remainder of the day and evening at your leisure to explore Positano on your own. 

 

DAY 7 - POSITANO

 

Breakfast is served at your hotel. Today, relax, take a swim or a boat ride along the coast. Shopping for local ceramics and homemade limoncello is a fun way to pass an afternoon on the beautiful Amalfi coast.

 

DAY 8 - POSITANO / NAPLES / USA

 

This morning you will be picked up at your hotel by your private driver and transferred to the Naples airport in time for your departure flight back to USA.
