Itinerary

DAY 1 - ROME / ASSISI / SIENA / FLORENCE

Early in the morning, depart by deluxe motorcoach for Assisi, the mystic town of Saint Francis and visit the famous basilica. Continue to Siena, a medieval city renowned for the Palio di Siena, an annual athletic contest. Proceed to Florence for dinner and overnight at your hotel.

DAY 2 - FLORENCE

Breakfast at your hotel is followed by a morning sightseeing tour, including the marvelous Piazza del Duomo, the Cathedral of Santa Maria del Fiore, Giotto’s Bell Tower, the Baptistery of St. John, and the Church of Santa Croce. The rest of the day at leisure for optional sightseeing or shopping. Dinner and overnight in Florence.

DAY 3 - FLORENCE / PADUA / VENICE

Following breakfast at your hotel, depart for Padua to visit the Basilica of Saint Anthony, guarded by Donatello's “Gattamelata”. Continue to Venice, the city of gondolas, where you will enjoy a guided walking tour including such highlights as the Doge’s Palace, the Bridge of Sighs, St. Mark’s Square and the Basilica of St. Mark. Dinner and overnight at your selected hotel in Venice.

DAY 4 - VENICE

After breakfast at your hotel, morning tour to a glass facotry in Murano (optional shopping) by motorlaunch. In the afternoon, you’ll return to Rome by motorcoach or by train (means of transport is reconfirmed one day or two days before the end of the tour and advised by tour escort). Tour ends with arrival to Rome.
