DAY 2: MILAN / LAKE COMO

 

In Milan, you’ll be met airport and transferred by private car to your hotel in Lake Como. The rest of the day is at your leisure to explore this beautiful area on your own. 

 

DAY 3: LAKE COMO

 

After breakfast at the hotel, the day is free to spend as you please. We suggest a tour by ferry for a panoramic view of the lovely Lake Como and its spectacular surroundings. The boat tour will take you from Como Tremezzo, where you may visit the magnificent gardens at the Villa Carlotta and then continues to the picturesque town of Bellagio. Take your time, and leisurely enjoy the beautiful scenery. Overnight in Como. 

 

DAY 4: LAKE COMO / VENICE

 

After breakfast at the hotel, board your train for Venice and travel through the regions of Lombardia and Veneto to reach Venice, the mysterious city built on 177 islands, 150 canals and 400 bridges. Check in to your hotel and the remainder of the day is at leisure. Ask about our additional evening gondola serenades, the perfect introduction to this city. 

 

DAY 5: VENICE

 

Following breakfast at your hotel, enjoy a guided walking tour including St. Mark’s Square, Doge’s Palace, the Bridge of Sighs and a visit to a glass factory in Venice. The afternoon and evening are at leisure. Overnight at your hotel in Venice.

 

DAY 6: VENICE / FLORENCE

 

Breakfast at the hotel is followed by a train ride to Florence, where you can still feel the magic of the Renaissance through the beautifully preserved architecture. Upon arrival in Florence, check in to your hotel with the remainder of the day and evening to spend at your leisure. 

 

DAY 7: FLORENCE

 

Following breakfast, you’ll delight in a morning city sightseeing tour including Piazzale Michelangelo, the Cathedral, Giotto's Bell Tower, the Baptistery and the Fine Arts Academy. This afternoon is at leisure. You might consider an optional excursion to Pisa to visit the famous Leaning Tower. 

 

DAY 8: FLORENCE / U.S.A.

 

Following breakfast at your hotel, you’ll be transferred by private car to the Florence airport for your departure flight home.
