Crawford
Barbara began her career with Alitalia Airlines in 1983 after
having lived in Italy for several years. When she joined Visit
Italy Tours in 1994, she was positioned in Rome to oversee the
operations of the headquarters. Barbara returned to the United
States in 1997 and has been with the Los Angeles office since.
 Fred
Gori
Fred was previously employed by Alitalia Airlines for 36 years,
serving as a District Sales Manager in several cities before joining
Visit Italy Tours in 1999. Fred oversees the field sales representatives
throughout the country as well as the telephone sales staff. Fred
is also in charge of public relations.
 Riccardo
Camera
As the son of Luigi Camera, founder of Visit Italy Tours, Riccardo
witnessed the inception of the company, and it seemed only natural
that he would one day follow in his father's footsteps. Riccardo
worked at VIT throughout his high school years, and while attending
college at UCLA, he created his own independent company, Car Rental
Italy. He continues to arrange car rental for VIT while learning
more about the full scope of the tour operations.
 Salvatore
San Fillipo
Salvatore has been in the travel industry since 1980 when he started
his own travel agency. He joined VIT in 1999, and serves as an
expert in arranging air transportation to Italy. Salvatore is
extremely helpful in securing the lowest fares available for various
routing that travelers may require.
Diane D' Amore
A former journalist, Diane turned her passion and experience with
European independent travel into a labor of love, helping clients
create their own custom-designed independent itineraries (known
as F.I.T’s) to Italy. Diane has also earned the professional title
of Switzerland Certified Travel Specialist. In her spare time, she
enjoys reading, cooking and spending time with her husband and three
cats.
 Anna
Maria Chilano
Anna Maria grew up in Calabria, a province of southern Italy.
She helps clients create their own custom-designed, independent
itineraries (known as F.I.T.’s) but also works with special
interest and group tours. Prior to joining Visit Italy Tours,
Anna Maria held a position at the Italian Government Tourist Office
in New York. In her spare time, Anna Maria enjoys cooking, listening
to music, photography and biking.
 Valentina
DeChellis
Valentina is from Ancona, in the Marche region of Italy,
and is our newest addition to Visit Italy Tours. After earning
a degree in Travel and Tourism in Milan, she joined our team,
and specializes in preparing and checking all the necessary vouchers
and travel documents before they are sent to our travelers. Her
hobbies include rollerblading, travel and meeting new people.
 Irene
Agrillo
A native of Naples, Italy, Irene worked in our Rome office prior to joining
the Los Angeles team. With her vast knowledge of Italy, she is eager to assist those
planning to visit her home country. Irene is an avid traveler herself; she has explored
Europe extensively and lived in China for six months. She enjoys cooking and going
to the movie theater.
 Maria
Fusco
Maria is employed in our Rome office and has joined us
more than year ago. A native of Rome, she is responsible for making
hotel reservations, and other related tour services throughout
Italy. In addition to her many duties, she assists our arriving
passengers whenever the need arises.
